Hilaria Baldwin Suffers Second Miscarriage 7 Months After Her Last One

23rd Annual ACE Awards

Alec Baldwin and his wife Hilaria have suffered another miscarriage.

Hilaria broke the devastating news in an emotional Instagram post shared Monday (November 11), revealing the couple had lost their future daughter four months into their pregnancy. “We are very sad to share that today we learned that our baby passed away at 4 months. We also want you to know that even though we are not ok right now, we will be,” the 35-year-old yoga instructor wrote along with a video of a tearful Hilaria being comforted by her daughter Carmen.

“We are so lucky with our 4 healthy babies—and we will never lose sight of this. I told Carmen and took this so I could send it to Alec,” she continued. “I guess this is a good way to share it with you too. I told her that this baby isn’t going to come after all...but we will try very hard to give her a little sister another time. I’m really devastated right now...I was not expecting this when I went to my scan today. I don’t know what else to say...I’m still in shock and don’t have this all quite clear. Please no paparazzi...that’s all I ask ❤️.”

In the clip, Carmen asks her mom when the new baby is arriving, to which Hilaria responds, “I don’t know. I’m going to try really hard.” The heartbreaking announcement arrived hours after Hilaria expressed having anxiety about a doctor’s appointment which “didn’t go as planned,” per an Instagram Story in which she wrote: “I’m very sad. Tonight is my last night with her…such a strange experience.”

"I'm so sorry. Love you guys," niece and model Hailey Baldwin commented beneath the post, as Trove CEO Mary Orton commented: "Heart broken. I’m so incredibly sorry. Feel all our love 💕 This too shall pass."

This is the second miscarriage Hilaria has had this year after she previously lost a child in April in her first trimester.

We're sending our thoughts to the Baldwin family during this difficult time.
