It's officially 'Go Red For Women Awareness Month'

National wear Red Day♥️

Today kicks off Go Red for Women awareness month. SO proud to be apart the American Heart Association Dayton“Go Red for Women campaign”

This movement is personally important to me because I lost my father to a heart attack 2 years ago.💔

We shouldn’t wait till it’s too late. It’s SO important to care for our heart & be conscious of things we do everyday to prevent and KEEP us healthy.

its pretty neat- CVS Pharmacy is making it easy for us to stay informed and conscious. In order to help women better understand their risk for heart disease, American Heart Association's Go Red for Women national sponsor CVS health will offer NO cost heart health screenings at Minute-Clinic location nationwide every Thursday in February. #noexcuses

Remember, every thing thing counts towards a healthy lifestyle...making one small change could be a domino effect. I am starting with doing yoga regularly and trying to drink more water---- i'll let ya know when those are conquered. i want to add more (but one step at a time)!

Please consider visiting WeaRedDay.org to make a donation that supports the lifesaving work of the American heart Association or any ANY local CVS pharmacy, February 3-23rd

Keep your eyes peeled for the ‘Go RED for Women’ billboards around town.#DaytonGoRed
