This was a fantastic dream come true. I got to ride aboard the WW2 B-17 #MemphisBelle #flyingfortress A plane that was developed back in the 1930's for the US Army Air Corps. It was primarily used by the @usairforce during #worldwar2. The #b17flyingfortress dropped more bombs than any other U.S. Aircraft in World War II. . . . It was a true honor to be aboard a part of history. Hearing the sounds rattling at take off, the smell of the interior metal panels, while sitting at the com center with a Morse Code telegraph sounder-- I was thinking of our young men that were taking off to fight & not knowing their fate. It was an emotion ride, but I'm glad I was able to take it. Thanks to all who have served 🇺🇸The land of the free!! . . . . . #b17 #b17bomber #b17flyingfortress #boeingb17 #fighterplane #onceinalifetime #military #airforce #sagaftra #actorslife #marines #airplane #setlife #director #acting #filmproduction #filmmaker #producer #headshot #actor #actress #makeup #vintage #militaryplane #aviationhistory #1930s #1940s
