FOX announced earlier that RENT will be its next live musical. While no other details were released in regards to cast & air date, they did confirm that RENT will be made.
Fun little fact, RENT is easily my favorite Musical EVER & the movie itself is also one of my favorites. I honestly am torn about this. On one hand, DOPE! Present RENT to a whole new generation of people. On the other hand, PLEASE DONT SCREW THIS UP FOX!!
RENT joins the list of musicals being done by TV stations. A List that already includes "Bye Bye Birdie" & "A Few Good Men" which don't have air dates either. "Jesus Christ Superstar" will air on NBC Easter Sunday 2018.
