Emonte Morgan's mother was arrested in a Chicago Hospital while trying to visit her son. Emonte Morgan is the accused gunman that shot and murdered Chicago Police Officer Ella French. Emonte's brother Eric is also facing weapon charges. According to reports, the mother filmed herself entering the Hospital and demanding to see her son.
